FANLYPLAS PVC wall cladding lines, with direct extrusion, are equipped with material mixing. It is based on plasticizing, mixing and extrusion,with counter-rotating twin screw extruder as main unit, and supplemented by laminating and embossing device and punching.

Mixing machine: Mixing the material according to the formula, the general formula is PVC, calcium powder, and additives. Making the PVC wall cladding by extrusion and moulding
Laminating and embossing device: Using the laminating and embossing device, you can choose surface lamination with different pattern designs.

Moreover, the extruded products are 100% recyclable.
Crusher and Pulverizer are used for recycling material to Mixer.
