SPC Extrusion Line Equipment Daily Maintenance

Extruder parts:
  1. 92 conical twin  extruder , 110 conical twin extruder, the bearing of both ends of the main motor of 135  parallel twin extruder should be filled at least once or twice every 3 months with high temperature butter resistant to more than 300 ℃.
  2. Vacuum seat and vacuum barrel should be cleaned immediately.
  3. Gearbox filter should be cleaned at least once every 1 month.
  4. Gearbox  and distribution box gear oil 3 months to filter  impurities and add oil once, 6 months to replace the gear oil. (200# -220#-)
  5. Electric cabinet  needs to   clean up dust more than 1 times every 1 week, and the electric cabinet with industrial air conditioning should also clean the air conditioning filter 1 times in 3 days.
  6. When the temperature is below “0” ℃ in Winter, all the water pipelines of the main extruder should be emptied as far as possible, such as the water outlet at the bottom of the vacuum pump, the gearbox, the distribution box, and the water jacket of the barrel, etc.
Mould  parts:
  1. When the mold is connected with the heating line and temperature measuring line, it must be marked to facilitate future maintenance.
  2. Every time it is disassembled and installed, all the screws should be smeared on the screw threads with high temperature butter above 300 ℃.
  3. Unplug and install the aviation socket on the mold should be operated normally, and the safety buckle should be in place.
  4. If it is not ready for a long time, high temperature resistant silicone oil shall be applied to the inner cavity of the mold and rust resistant oil shall be applied to the surface of the mold.
  Calender parts:

1. Keep the roller surface clean and check the gear oil level of gearbox once a month, make sure the oil is 2/3  oily.

2. Apply a proper amount of 10# oil to the brush of linear guide within 24 hours per shift.

3. Fill the slider with hot butter at least 1-2 times a week.

Oil  roller temperature machine parts:

1.   Regularly check the oil roller temperature oil level once a week, must be 2/3 – 3/4, if not enough, add heat conduction oil (300# -320#).

2.  Check the filter on the oil circuit regularly once a week, and clean the carbon impurities once a week.

3.  It is necessary to stop the machine within 30 days to check the heating barrel and clean up the carbon deposit of the heating rod.

 Laminated platform parts:

1. Check the oil level of the dual oil cup once every 3 days to ensure that the oil level is 1/2 (10# oil).

2.Apply a proper amount of 10# oil to the brush of linear guide within 24 hours per shift.

3.Fill the slider with hot butter at least 1-2 times a week.

4.Smooth a proper amount of 10# oil on the small pallet screw brush within 24 hours. Apply a proper amount of 10# oil to the chute.

Haul -off parts:

1.  Check the oil level of the dual oil cup once every 3 days to ensure that the oil level is 1/2 (10# oil).

2.  Haul-off  gear must be stopped within 30 days to check and add high-temperature butter.

3.  Check the oil level of haul-off gearbox once every 6 months to ensure that the oil level is 2/3 (60# oil).

Shearing machine parts:

1.Check the oil level of the plate shears gearbox once every 6 months to ensure 2/3 oil level (60# oil).

2.Apply a proper amount of 10# oil to the chute once every 24 hours.

3.Fill the two ends of the cam drive shaft with high temperature resistant butter at least once every 30 days.

Auto-stacker parts:

1.Daily maintenance before the normal operation of the equipment, please make sure that the following items are properly maintained: sucker cleaning, whole machine cleaning ,and the moving parts cleaning.

2.Regular 30-day maintenance:

(1) Motion bearing 2 months plus 1 time high temperature resistant butter.

 (2) Add high-temperature butter once every 30 days to the transmission chain.

(3) Check the fixing screws of the trolley travelling wheel for loosening and wear within 30 days and add 1 sub-high temperature resistant butter.

(4) Check whether the sucker holder and the screw of the sucker are loose and keep the surface of sucker free of dust.

(5) Check whether the drag chain is disconnected or deformed.

(6) Check whether electrical components and wires are aging.
