Extruder
Adopt conical twin screw extruder to increase output, reduce production costs and save energy. Extruder feeding adopts screw feeding
T-Die
We use high-quality metal to make the T-Die. The flow channel inside the T-Die adopts a hanger style with adjustable thickness. Equipped with a Die trolley for easy disassembly and safety.
Three-roll Calender
The three-roller machine is equipped with an oil temperature controller. For the embossing of the sheet, customers can decide whether to emboss on one side or both sides according to the number of embossing rollers.
Film laminating and hot stamping device
We provide laminating platform and hot stamping for customers to choose. The laminating platform is a double-station with two air shafts.
Cooling Bracket with Edge Trimming Unit
The length of the cooling bracket can be determined according to the actual local temperature of the customer, and the trimming cutter is blade-type cutting without generating any dust.
Haul off unit
Two rollers for traction, and with a protective film laminating device, to keep the surface of the sheet clean after production.
High speed shear utter
The shear cutter is controlled by a servo motor, with controllable cutting length, high cutting accuracy and stable cutting process.
Auto stacker
We provide auto stacker ,which not only save labor costs but also provide stable automatic stacking.
UV Coating Machine
Our UV Coating Machine applies a specialized coating that is instantly cured by UV light. This process significantly enhances the PVC marble sheet's scratch resistance, hardness, and durability, delivering a premium, high-gloss finish for superior decorative appeal.
