For the interior wall panels, the extrusion line requires only one 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder. For the exterior wall panels, an additional 45/30 single-screw extruder is also needed.

Production Line Workflow

Mixing

Put all the raw materials into the mixer, mix thoroughly in a hot pot first, and then cool in a cold pot. The final raw materials are transported to the extruder hopper through the feeder.

Extruder

The raw materials are directly transported to the screw barrel through the hopper, and the raw materials are plasticized by heating and pressurizing.

T-Die

The plasticized material enters the mold, is heated and pressurized again, and obtain a flat sheet.

Calibration table+Calibrator

The calibration table provides vacuum and water cooling for the calibrator. When passing through the calibrator, the flatted sheet will fit the calibrator due to the effect of vacuum, and then it will be fixed by water cooling.

Haul off and Cutter unit

It provides strong and stable traction to the panel. When the product reaches the specified length, the cutter will automatically cut the panel and is equipped with a dust collector to reduce dust.

Stacker

When the set length is reached,stacker will give a signal to the cutter to cut the panel, and it will fall automatically after cutting.

When used exterior, we choose co-extruded panel. Since the co-extruded layer has excellent anti-oxidation, anti-ultraviolet, and corrosion resistance, the service life can be guaranteed to be up to 10 years.

Depending on the panel design, we will mark the meter weight, and then we can calculate how many meters of panel can be produced per hour.

What's the raw material of soffit panel?

Interior use: PVC powder + Calcium powder + Other Additives.+PVC film.

Exterior use: main extruder: PVC powder + Calcium powder + Other Additives. co-extruder: ASA granular.

What kind of training and support do you provide for operators and maintenance staff?

Our production line will be tested before it is sent to the buyer, and the buyer can send someone to inspect and learn how to operate the machine.

If the buyer has any questions when installing the machine and using the equipment, we will provide video guidance , if necessary we will also send engineers to the buyer’s factory.
