Conical Twin-Screw Extruder

This is the core of the extrusion line, responsible for melting and homogenizing the UPVC material. Extrusion Die Head

Vacuum Calibration Tank

Haul-off Machine

The haul-off machine pulls the cooled and shaped profile uniformly through the line. Cutting Machine

This unit cuts the continuously extruded profile into predetermined lengths. FANLYPLAS cutting machines feature precise metering and dust-free cutting mechanisms, ensuring clean and accurate cuts. Options for saw blade or knife cutting are available, adaptable to different profile types and production requirements.

Stacker/Unloading Table

The final unit, the stacker or unloading table, collects and neatly stacks the cut profiles. Our systems can be customized for automatic stacking or manual collection, optimizing downstream handling. This improves production efficiency and prepares the finished profiles for packaging or further processing.
