FANLYPLAS’s PVC Ceiling Panel Production Line is mainly used to produce ceiling panels of various sizes, such as thickness: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc. In addition to product size, the surface treatment is also different. We have three printing technologies, including hot stamping, printing and laminating. We can produce various products according to customer samples. By changing different types of molds and auxiliary equipment, it can produce various PVC plastics, profiles, plates, sheets, rods and granulation, etc.

PVC ceiling panels can be produced in many colors and sizes through production processes and can be used as wall panels and ceiling panels.The width range of finished product range from 100mm to 600mm.The surface of PVC Ceiling panel can be treated by double color roller printing, UV lacquer coating, hot stamping printing, or by lamination, which can make marble, wooden design on product surface.

Extruder

The extruder adopts a two-stage overall design. High shear and low melt plasticizing temperature ensure high-performance, low-temperature and low-pressure metering extrusion of the material.

Mould

Usually has two types: X-rib and vertical rib structure, FANLYPLAS mould can ensure the product size is accurate and the surface is smooth.

Haul-off

It consists of two upper and lower crawlers, equipped with traction rubber blocks. ABB frequency conversion control, pneumatic clamping.

Film Laminating/Hot Stamping Machine

Combines the functions of online glue coating, film laminate and hot stamping.

Knife Cutting Machine

The cutting device is a knife cutter equipped with a synchronous tracking mechanism to ensure that the product section is flat and free of cracks.

Automatic Stacker

Customized according to different product sizes. The limiter accurately controls the cutting length.

PVC Extruder machine for ceiling panel is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
