Extruder
The extruder adopts a two-stage overall design. High shear and low melt plasticizing temperature ensure high-performance, low-temperature and low-pressure metering extrusion of the material.
Mould
Usually has two types: X-rib and vertical rib structure, FANLYPLAS mould can ensure the product size is accurate and the surface is smooth.
Haul-off
It consists of two upper and lower crawlers, equipped with traction rubber blocks. ABB frequency conversion control, pneumatic clamping.
Film Laminating/Hot Stamping Machine
Combines the functions of online glue coating, film laminate and hot stamping.
Knife Cutting Machine
The cutting device is a knife cutter equipped with a synchronous tracking mechanism to ensure that the product section is flat and free of cracks.
Automatic Stacker
Customized according to different product sizes. The limiter accurately controls the cutting length.
