Extruder

Adopt conical twin screw extruder to increase output, reduce production costs and save energy. Extruder feeding adopts screw feeding

T-Die

We use high-quality metal to make the T-Die. The flow channel inside the T-Die adopts a hanger style with adjustable thickness. Equipped with a Die trolley for easy disassembly and safety.

Three-roll Calender

The three-roller machine is equipped with an oil temperature controller. For the embossing of the sheet, customers can decide whether to emboss on one side or both sides according to the number of embossing rollers.

Film laminating and hot stamping device

We provide laminating platform and hot stamping for customers to choose. The laminating platform is a double-station with two air shafts.

Cooling bracket and trimming cutter

The length of the cooling bracket can be determined according to the actual local temperature of the customer, and the trimming cutter is blade-type cutting without generating any dust.

Haul off unit

Two rollers for traction, and with a protective film laminating device, to keep the surface of the sheet clean after production.

High speed shear utter

The shear cutter is controlled by a servo motor, with controllable cutting length, high cutting accuracy and stable cutting process.

Auto stacker

We provide auto stacker ,which not only save labor costs but also provide stable automatic stacking.

Material Feeding

The raw material PVC powder is continuously fed into the extruder hopper through the feeder and hopper to ensure uninterrupted production.

Extrusion and T-Die

The extruder heats and melts the raw materials while mixing them evenly. The screw rotates to ensure even material flow, and the sheet is initially formed through the Die.

Laminating

The sheet passes through the three-roll calender for calendering and lamination.

Cooling and Haul off

Give the sheet traction, cool it down on the cooling bracket, and then cut the edges before entering the next process.

Shear Cutter

The sheet is cut into sheets of uniform length by the shearing machine, and the shearing is more precise through the control of the servo motor.

Automatic Stacking

The cut sheets are neatly stacked on pallets using automated robot. Save time and effort.

What is the production capacity of the PVC marble sheet production line?

We have two regular models to choose from, Model 80 and Model 92. Model 80 can produce 250-300 kg per hour, and Model 92 can produce 400-450 kg per hour.

Can the production line produce sheets of different sizes and thicknesses?

Yes, the line is designed to produce panels in various thicknesses (1-6mm) and width is 1220mm. Other sizes can also be custom made for you.

What raw materials are required for the production line?

The main raw materials are PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), Calcium powder and appropriate processing aids.

How long does it take to install and commission the production line?
