Our production line is engineered to produce a wide range of PVC panels for both exterior and interior applications. It is perfectly suited for manufacturing durable outdoor siding and soffit panels as well as elegant indoor decorative wall and ceiling panels. By incorporating co-extrusion technology, the line applies various surface layers, providing exterior products with superior UV resistance and color retention. For interior panels, this allows for diverse and sophisticated surface finishes.
The FANLYPLAS line is defined by stability and efficiency. At its core, a high-performance extruder ensures uniform plasticization and stable melt flow for consistent quality. Downstream, a vacuum calibration system guarantees precise shaping for high-speed extrusion, while an integrated online punching and cutting system provides accurate finishing. The entire line is governed by an advanced PLC control system, offering intuitive operation and real-time monitoring to maximize production and minimize waste.
Applications of PVC Siding/Soffit Panels
1. Light weight, various designs, replacing of heavy louvers because of it’s light weight advantages for interios decor. It makes the building look simple, natural and beautiful.
2. When used interior, PVC films with a variety of patterns can be used. Different shape design and film design can be selected according to different scenes to achieve beautiful decorative effects.
3. When used exterior, we choose co-extruded panel. Since the co-extruded layer has excellent anti-oxidation, anti-ultraviolet, and corrosion resistance, the service life can be guaranteed to be up to 10 years.

SRL-Z 300/600Mixer

FLZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder
The heart of the line, this extruder features an optimized screw design for PVC dry blends. It ensures uniform plasticization and stable melt pressure. Equipped with a high-torque gearbox and advanced temperature control for high output and reliability.
T-Die+Calibrator
The custom-designed T-die features a polished, chrome-plated flow channel for optimal melt distribution. The downstream stainless steel calibrator utilizes an efficient vacuum and water cooling system to ensure precise profile shaping and a superior finish.
Embossing and Laminating Machine
This unit creates deep, realistic surface textures like wood grain via a precision-engraved embossing roller with independent heating. It also precisely applies decorative or protective films, equipped with tension control for a bubble-free, durable bond.
Calibration Table
This unit uses an intensive vacuum and a closed-loop water cooling system to precisely shape and solidify the profile at high speeds. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, while motorized adjustments allow for accurate alignment and control.
Punching machine
Integrated directly into the line, this machine performs high-speed, precise punching for nail slots and ventilation holes. It is servo-driven for accuracy and synchronized with the line speed, ensuring clean, burr-free cuts without deforming the profile.
Haul off
This caterpillar haul-off provides stable and powerful traction without profile distortion. It features high-grip, wear-resistant rubber pads and a frequency inverter for precise speed control, ensuring perfect synchronization with the extruder's output.
Cutter
This PLC-controlled cutter is synchronized with the line speed to ensure precise, consistent lengths. It utilizes a hardened alloy blade and a clamping device to deliver a clean, burr-free cut without deforming or scratching the finished profile.
Stacker
Synchronized with the cutter, this unit automatically flips to neatly stack profiles once the set length is reached. This automated action ensures seamless collection of finished products and significantly reduces labor requirements.
